At Empower Triathlon, we strive to empower athletes to reach fitness and race goals this season and exceed them the next.  We believe that adult endurance sports are a lifestyle that can and should last a lifetime.  Through sustainable gains, athletes can reach their goals through steady progression and exceed their goals through consistent training.  There are no limits.  There are no short cuts. 

Using an athlete centered coaching philosophy, individual training plans are developed based on an athletes strengths and limiters to take them through their unique journey to the finish line.   While on this journey, athletes will not only develop the skills of triathlon, but also learn the what, when, and why of different training methods.  Triathlon training is based in science and it's important to know why your training particular physiological systems, what those systems are, and when you need to train them to optimize your peak performance on race day.
